I just moved in three days ago, but already feel so much at home. Cindy and Nick are the most professional and genuine people. They have treated me with total respect. They both truly care about us clients and needs. The apartment and community is a beautiful family oriented place.
The Cove is a wonderful property! It’s complete with full amenities including a pool, playground, volleyball, gym, etc. The grounds are the cleanest and most well kept that I have ever seen with beautiful greenery throughout the property. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, I always get a quick response from Jonathan, one of the property’s maintenance technicians. My favorite part, I’m 5 minutes from the beach, making my rent all the more worth my while! I couldn’t imagine calling any other place home! Thank you to everyone who makes this community so amazing to be apart of!🎉

The leasing office is amazing! Cindy and Noah were very professional and helpful showed me a unit helped me apply in one day. I was approved the next day and moved in the next week! The unit is absolutely beautiful, and the property is gorgeous I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! So thankful for everything Cindy has done for me and my kids I will be here for a while! That’s for sure
Being close to the beach but not paying those ridiculous beach prices was a must have for me and my family! I am so happy I found The Cove, we are less than 10 minutes away from the beach and have a beautiful 2x2 renovated apartment with a patio and water view. So happy we found this place and the fact the staff and maintenance are easy to talk with and helpful is an added plus. Highly recommended these apartments!!!
If finding a quiet nice place for you your family is top priority. The Cove offers that and more, not only do they have a playground for kids they also have a dog park for pets. Cindy and her staff are very friendly and helpful, the maintenance are on top of any work orders place. You can definitely call The Cove, Home.
I can not say enough about the Management and Maintenance team here at The Cove in Atlantic Beach . They are absolutely wonderful!! They are so willing and quick to respond to me in any given situation whether it be an issue with payment or some kind of equipment failure. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met in a timely manner. I would just like to say thank you to each and every one of them for making my life here pleasant and worry free.

Get cozy in our hand built tiny house! We have spent the last 2 years building this tiny house with local Tennessee wood and put a ton of love into it and hope you feel that!
We cannot wait to share this space with you! :)We are 25 min to downtown Knoxville, 25 minutes to Townsend, 35 min to Pigeon Forge and 50 minutes to Gatlinburg! Closest airport is only 12-15 minutes away (it’s the Knoxville/McGhee Tyson airport)

We can also connect you with local businesses for charcuterie boards, mobile massages and mini photoshoots!
Access to river- we DO have a dock on property (it’s shared with the neighboring house) but feel free to bring camp chairs or the travel chairs under stair case down to the dock or the hammock to put down by the trees!
Don't forget to check out the roof top deck when you're here- perfect for happy hour cocktails or laying and watching the stars!

*we are located on 2 acres, sharing that acreage with another house.
There is a privacy fence between the two. There IS a neighbourhood behind us. But we have tried our best to make you feel secluded here with curtains on the deck, a privacy fence and facing the house toward the river
